A: Collection items can be either In Stock or Pre-Order. Items listed as In Stock are pre-made. If an item is listed as Sold Out, the pre-made inventory has sold out, but you can still place a pre-order.

A: Sold Out means the pre-made inventory has sold out. The item is still available to purchase as a pre-order.

Q: How do I lock in a pre-order?

Q: How long does a pre-order take?
A: Pre-orders typically take 4–8 weeks total. This includes production, shipping, and delivery.

Q: How long does an In Stock order take?
A: For customers in Central Texas, including Killeen, Texas, collection orders are delivered within 24–72 hours once we receive the order.

Q: What about orders outside of Texas or outside the country?
A: Orders outside of Texas and international orders will have different delivery times based on the destination. Shipping and delivery times will be provided with your order.

Q: Can I cancel my pre-order?
A: Once production starts, pre-orders cannot be canceled. All sales are final.
