Jordan Dobison: Equity & Community Engagement Partner Driving Positive.Energy Forward

Jordan Dobison
didn’t come from chaos. He came from a home filled with love, structure, and vision.

Raised between Hawaii and Killeen, Texas, Jordan spent 11 formative years in Hawaii before moving back to Texas to live with his parents. Hawaii gave him rhythm, peace, and perspective. Texas gave him roots. And together, they shaped the man, artist, husband, and father he is today.

After high school, Jordan returned to Hawaii to attend college and pursue a life of creativity and purpose but when COVID hit, everything changed. With financial challenges piling up, he found himself back in Killeen. And instead of seeing it as a setback, he saw it as a divine reset.

That’s when the vision got clearer.

Jordan first came on the P.E.G. Podcast during season 5, where he shared his mission to uplift Killeen through his music journey. His passion for shifting the narrative of his hometown was clear from the start, and it inspired us to invite him further into the Positive Energy Generation family.

Jordan, also known as Lord JORDVN, began connecting with artists, leaders, and creators who share his hunger for change. He also said he was able to connect 444orce Entertainment with Positive Energy Generation to bring more artists into the spotlight and raise awareness in the area.

Around that same time, Jordan became a father, a full-time music engineer at Dream Big Studios, and a man fully committed to walking in purpose.

It’s soul work. It’s spiritual. It’s honest. He doesn’t glorify struggle. He shares real life: fatherhood, faith, reflection, elevation. His dream? To create opportunities that take artists from Killeen to Hawaii, giving them stages and access they’ve never had before. To expand what’s possible.

As the official Equity & Community Engagement Partner at P.E.G, Jordan Dobison is now in position to do exactly what he’s always been called to do: lead by example, lift others up, and move with purpose.

This is what Positive Energy in action looks like. And Jordan’s just getting started.

WELCOME TO THE TEAM!!!
