MEET SHEMARIAH PRADIA:
Veteran Chef Shemariah Fleming, better known as Chef Mariah, brings a unique fusion of flavors and experiences to the culinary world. A native of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, Chef Mariah has lived in Louisiana, Virginia, Georgia, and Los Angeles, each place adding its own layer of influence to her cooking. Through her company, Kept Entertainment, she serves up her signature International Caribbean dishes like Curry Lamb Chops, Thai Chili Tamarind Red Snapper, and Caribbean Vegan plates, alongside her renowned Caribbean desserts, which include Mango, Guava, Passionfruit, and Coconut Cheesecakes. Not to mention her refreshing tropical drinks like Sour Sop, Passionfruit, Mango, and Sorrel Lemonade—sometimes spiked with Cruzan Rum for an extra island kick.

Chef Mariah’s versatility extends beyond Caribbean cuisine, offering soulful Southern fare as well. Her menu of Fried Collard Greens, Honey & Pepper Hot Water Cornbread, and Seafood Gumbo Grits is a testament to her love for Southern comfort foods. With 20 years of catering experience, Chef Mariah has crafted a brand around not just delicious food, but also health and inspiration. As a Veteran Navy Nurse, and a survivor of both breast cancer and lupus, she is passionate about motivating others through healthy lifestyles and mindful eating.

Her celebrity clientele speaks volumes about her culinary expertise. She’s catered for Model and Actress Cynthia Bailey of *The Real Housewives of Atlanta* and owner of the Bailey Wine Cellar, reality TV star Lisa Nicole Cloud from *Married to Medicine*, Richie Dollaz of *Love and Hip Hop*, and actor Aaron Cotteral from *Ready to Love*. She’s also cooked for R&B legend Damion Hall of Guy, radio host and skincare guru Stacey J, fashion designer Miguel Wilson, actress Reyna from *Love Secret Society*, Soca artist MIC Love, and actor Palmer Williams from Tyler Perry’s *House of Payne*.

Chef Mariah’s talents have landed her on red carpets as a guest of Miguel Wilson's Polo Classics in Atlanta, at the Las Vegas Super Bowl Million Dollar Mingle hosted by NFL alumni AC Caswell and Mechelle Tucker, and at Beverly Hills VIP Oscar Red Carpet events with SocialMixLA.

From her roots in the Virgin Islands to her diverse culinary career, Chef Mariah is more than a chef—she’s an inspiration, using food as her vehicle to inspire, heal, and bring people together.
