A native of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, Chef Mariah has lived in Louisiana, Virginia, Georgia, and Los Angeles, each place adding its own layer of influence to her cooking. Through her company, Kept Entertainment, she serves up her signature International Caribbean dishes like Curry Lamb Chops, Thai Chili Tamarind Red Snapper, and Caribbean Vegan plates, alongside her renowned Caribbean desserts, which include Mango, Guava, Passionfruit, and Coconut Cheesecakes. Not to mention her refreshing tropical drinks like Sour Sop, Passionfruit, Mango, and Sorrel Lemonade—sometimes spiked with Cruzan Rum for an extra island kick.
